Getting Started

• How do I create an account? Download the KasiVibz app here, open it, and follow the sign-up process. You'll need a valid Google account.
• Is KasiVibz free to use? Yes, the core features of KasiVibz are completely free for all users.

Map & Services

• How do I find nearby services? Open the Radar map screen to see services and businesses near your location.
• Why can't I see services in another city? KasiVibz is hyper-local. We prioritize showing you what's around you in your kasi.
• How do I contact a service provider? Tap on any service marker to view details and contact them directly.

Privacy & Security

• Who can see my location? Your location is used to connect you with services in your area. You can manage these settings in your profile.
• How do I report inappropriate content? Tap the three dots (...) next to any service or profile, and select 'Report'. Our team will review it immediately.

Account Management

• How do I delete my account? Go to Profile > Settings > Account, and select 'Delete Account'. Please note that this action is permanent.
• I forgot my password. On the login screen, tap 'Forgot Password?' and enter your email to receive a reset link.
